Delivery Information

Delivery Terms and Conditions
 A 3rd party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery service. In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your participation is needed.
Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery state. 
Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 3 – 7 working days.
When the delivery provider receives your order and is ready to schedule a delivery date, they will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order. At that time, they will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. The delivery company will call you prior to the scheduled delivery and will provide you with an approximate time window. The delivery company will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.
Responsible for upon delivery
Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and call our Customer services 010 270 11114 immediately on your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please call us.
Order Cancellation:
If you a requesting to cancel your order that is being shipped, you must call us within 2hrs from the time the order was placed. We apologize, orders placed online or over the phone that are shipped begin processing immediately at one of our Distribution Centers to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time.
If you would like to cancel or change your order being delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note once your order has shipped, you will pay only shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

You can exchange or return the items within 14 days with original receipt. Items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags attached.
Discounted and promotion items can be exchanged only and not returned. 

Warning: Avoid exposing CROCS products to direct sunlight or extreme heat for a long time to prevent it from damage.

Care & Maintenance

Shoes Care & Maintenance

To keep your Crocs in good condition, you will want to avoid leaving them where they will be exposed to heat or sun, such as a dish washer, washing machine, or hot car, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or warp. 

You can keep your Crocs clogs clean by hand washing them with cold water and a mild soap.

If you have leather shoes, clean gently with a soft rubber sponge or slightly damp rag. Use a leather cream to restore shine or use a professional product which had been designed to clean leather. Never use harsh chemicals such as alcohol, detergent or liquid, they will remove the shine and luster from your shoes. 

Synthetic material Wedges and heel material: A damp cloth should remove most dust and dirt. Avoid solvent cleaners wherever possible as these may destroy the glue used to bond the sole. 

For Suede and Lamb's wool shoes; clean upper gently with soft brush, you can spray them with special suede spray for water resistant. 

For Elastic/Stretch Material; Clean gently with humid rag or soft rubber.
